My original verdict was positive: I found the vest comfortable, light and useful in windy conditions. This is a runner’s experience with the version shown in my 2023 video, rather than a laboratory test of insulation.
A useful layer in my running setup
I owned two and highlighted breathability and comfort. In colder conditions I wore the vest as part of a system with a base layer, long-sleeve top and jacket. The comfort I describe belongs to that complete setup; it does not establish a temperature rating for the vest alone.
