Suz robot stopped feeding balls: the controller solved my case

Original source: 2021-02-21 · Alfonso Quinonez

The key result comes late in this repair diary: replacing the motor did not solve my feeding problem. The robot began feeding again after the replacement controller was connected. This is a record of my experience, not a diagnosis for every Suz fault.

The first replacement did not solve it

I contacted the company through Amazon after the feeding mechanism became stuck. They sent a motor at no charge, which I said took about two weeks to arrive. That is the support I received then, not a promise of current warranty coverage or delivery times.

What changed with the controller

After the motor attempt, the company sent a controller. I reported a wait of roughly a month and a half for that part. Near the end of the video, the robot lifts balls again and I demonstrate it working. That follow-up is essential to understanding the original problem.

Start with support and the exact model

I state in the video that I am not a technician. The useful takeaway for an owner is to describe the fault to the supplier and confirm compatible parts before replacing components. The video includes improvised steps and should not replace the manufacturer’s repair instructions.
