Suz S201: useful solo practice, with setup and a later repair
Original source: 2020-11-11 · Alfonso Quinonez
My first review came after roughly a month of use as an amateur. I liked being able to repeat different shots by adjusting spin and speed. The later repair video adds an important ownership detail to that initial positive experience.
Setup needs space and an outlet
I demonstrate mounting the robot and its collecting net at the table, attaching the controller and connecting power. The cable was short for my layout, so outlet placement mattered. The height adjustment also needed attention when I changed the delivery settings.

The demonstrations include topspin and backspin practice, changes in frequency and side-to-side movement. I had to readjust the head so balls landed on the table. A robot gives repetitions, but the video also shows that I was still learning and missing shots.

In the separate repair diary, the feed mechanism stopped working. A replacement motor did not solve my case; a replacement controller did. Read that follow-up before deciding so the early positive review is not mistaken for a long-term reliability guarantee.
