JOOLA Infinity: the app update changed my first impression
Original source: 2022-04 · Alfonso Quinonez
My April 2022 series follows the Infinity from unboxing through assembly and a working follow-up. Reading only the first setup experience misses the important result: an update let me customize and run the exercises.
The problem and the update
During the first setup, some app drills did not run as expected. In the follow-up I explain that an update resolved that initial problem. The app then let me alter the exercise and test settings before saving. This describes the software at the time of filming, not today’s app.

I adjusted height, corrected an accidental sidespin change and reduced the repeat delay. Those are examples of the tuning I needed in my setup, not universal values to copy. I liked being able to create the drill I wanted, but disliked needing so much calibration at the beginning.

The assembly videos also show difficulties securing the catching net to my particular table and a power cable that was short for my layout. Check table compatibility, current app support and what is included. My old description links to a Suz robot as another product; that link must not be mistaken for a JOOLA Infinity purchase link.
